Who is responsible
This website is run privately by Lotiz Sjödin, Sweden. Questions about your data can be sent to [email protected].
The contact form
When you use the contact form, the following is collected:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your message.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which forwards your message by email to [email protected]. FormSubmit may show a captcha to stop spam. The information is used only to read and answer your message, and is never sold or used for marketing. The legal basis is legitimate interest in replying to messages you choose to send.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept in the email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and are deleted within 12 months after the conversation has ended, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Visitor statistics
The site uses a self-hosted instance of Umami (analytics.aivent.se) to count page visits. Umami does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not track you across other websites. Only anonymous, aggregated figures such as page views, referrer, country and browser type are recorded.
Fonts
The Inter font is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
